Follow the indicated steps to make the best use of the product and easily create the style you want every day.

Divide your hair into sections after drying and detangling it thoroughly.

Take a section of hair no more than 2 cm wide.

Insert the section into the hollow of the tip. Keep the iron vertical and parallel to the section at all times.

Bring the tip of the section downwards to help the automatic grip.

Press the right or left rotation button (depending on the side of the head) until the rotation stops.

The timer activates automatically at the end of the rotation.

Wait for the acoustic signal to gently remove the strand by sliding the iron downwards.

"Purtroppo non posso rilasciare un feedback positivo. I problemi sono iniziati con la consegna che per un non precisato motivo non era partita nei tempi previsti ed ho dovuto chiedere all’assistenza un sollecito ( in questa occasione ho trovato un servizio efficiente ). Ricevuto il prodotto l’ho provato ma non sono rimasta soddisfatta. . ho i capelli molto fini, lunghi sino alle spalle e quando inserivo la ciocca ( ho provato anche con diverse dimensioni ) nell’apposita fessura, i capelli scappavano e non sono riuscita ad avere delle onde definite. Ho chiesto all’assistenza di procedere con il reso. Mi è stata chiesto di descrivere correttamente il problema riscontrato ( un generico insoddisfatto non bastava ) ho fatto come richiesto. Dopo mi è stato chiesto di concordare una data x il ritiro al domicilio del plico. Il 18 marzo ho comunicato la data per il ritiro, da allora attendo la conferma del ritiro ( ormai prossimo ) non ho ricevuto alcun riscontro alle mie due successive mail . Sono molto rammaricata!!"
